Your business data is exactly that — yours. This page explains, in plain language, what SYNCING collects, why, and how we protect it. It's a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

The short version

We sync only the product fields you choose. We never sell your data. Everything is encrypted in transit, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. What we collect

To run the sync, SYNCING processes the specific data you connect it to, which may include:

  • Product details from Tally you choose to sync — names, stock quantities, prices, and images.
  • Your WooCommerce store URL and API credentials, used only to push updates.
  • Account basics — your email, name, and (optionally) WhatsApp number.
  • Basic technical logs — sync timestamps and error reports — to keep things running.

2. How we use it

We use your data for one purpose: to keep your WooCommerce store matched to Tally. We also use your contact details to send service updates and, if you're on the waitlist, launch news. We do not use your product or sales data for advertising, and we never sell it.

3. Where it lives & how it's protected

The SYNCING app runs on your own Windows machine alongside Tally. Data in transit between your systems and your store is encrypted (TLS). Credentials are stored encrypted, and access is limited to the fields required for syncing.

4. Sharing

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with trusted infrastructure providers who help us operate the service, and only to the extent needed — or when required by law.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, and you can disconnect the sync whenever you like. Email us and we'll act on your request promptly.

6. Changes to this policy

As SYNCING grows, we may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
